1. Registration & Payment

The registration fee is $500 USD per participant.

Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.

Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received.

2. Live Online Zoom Event – No Recording

This is delivered as a live online Zoom workshop.

No recording will be made available before, during, or after the event.

By registering, you acknowledge and accept that attendance at the live Zoom session is required to receive the training.

3. Attendance & Technology Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:

A stable internet connection

A functioning device with audio and video capability

Access to the online platform used for the workshop

No refunds or credits will be issued due to technical issues on the participant’s end.

4. Confidentiality & Use of Materials

Workshop content may include:

Hypothetical fact patterns

Redacted or fictionalized case examples

Attendee-submitted CVs or materials used for instructional demonstrations

All workshop materials, examples, and discussions are confidential and for educational purposes only.

Participants agree not to:

Record the session (audio, video, screenshots, or screen capture)

Distribute, reproduce, or share workshop content in any form

Unauthorized recording or distribution may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

5. Educational Purpose Disclaimer

This workshop is intended for educational and professional development purposes only.

Participation does not guarantee:
Trial outcomes
Acceptance as an expert witness
Improved testimony results in any specific case
No legal advice is provided.

6. Right to Modify or Cancel

The organizer reserves the right to:
Modify the workshop format if necessary

Substitute comparable instructional methods if required

Cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances

In the event of cancellation by the organizer, registered participants will be notified promptly and offered a refund or alternative arrangement.

Live Zoom Workshop – No Recording Provided

This program is delivered as a live, interactive workshop conducted via Zoom and is not recorded.

All Sales Are Final

Because this is a live Zoom training with limited enrollment, real-time instruction, and interactive components, all registrations are non-refundable once purchased.

No Refunds for Non-Attendance

No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for:

Failure to attend the live Zoom session

Late arrival or early departure

Scheduling conflicts or calendar errors

Technical issues on the participant’s end (including internet connectivity, device issues, or Zoom access problems)

Participants are responsible for ensuring they can attend the live Zoom session at the scheduled date and time.

No Recordings or Replays

This workshop will not be recorded.

No replay, on-demand access, or substitute content will be provided for missed attendance.

Event Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event the workshop is cancelled by the organizer:

Registered participants will receive either:

A full refund, or

The option to transfer registration to a rescheduled date (if offered)

Substitutions

Participant substitutions may be permitted at the organizer’s discretion if requested in writing prior to the workshop date.
